REFUND POLICY
Our courses, workshops and communities are of a digital nature and are made available in their entirety immediately upon purchase. As a result, we do not provide refunds. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final, and the product is considered delivered. We encourage customers to thoroughly review product details before completing a purchase. For mentorship sessions, rescheduling of a selected time slot is possible based on calendar availability and provided that Ellie Tsatsou-Palmer is informed in writing up to 48hours in advance of the booked session. Refunds can be issued for sessions, provided they are also requested in writing up to 48hours prior to the confirmed session's starting time (only for initial bookings).

CONFLICT OF TERMS
If there is a conflict or contradiction between the provisions of these website terms and conditions and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices, the other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices which relate specifically to a particular section or module of the website shall prevail in respect of your use of the relevant section or module of the website.

APPLICABLE LAWS
Use of this website shall in all respects be governed by the laws of Greece, regardless of the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law. The parties agree that Greek courts located in Athens shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.
