Affiliation Terms
By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms:
Commission Structure:
You will earn a 10% commission on each successful sale referred by your unique affiliate link. Commissions will be calculated as a percentage of the total sale amount. Commissions will be paid at the end of each month, via bank or Paypal transfer. Please note that there are no sales targets set by us and no obligation to fulfil certain numbers. The amount of commission earned depends on the amount of sales achieved, based on individual effort.
Affiliate Links:
You will be provided with a unique affiliate link. It's your responsibility to ensure proper implementation and tracking. Please reach out to our support team if you encounter any issues with your affiliate link. Unauthorised modifications to the affiliate link are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to manipulate or bypass the tracking system may result in the forfeiture of commissions.
Cookie Duration:
Cookies will be stored for 30 days from the initial click on your affiliate link. You will receive commissions for sales made within this period, even if the customer does not make an immediate purchase.
Liabilities:
We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages related to the affiliate program. This includes loss of revenue, data, or potential earnings.
Earnings Disclaimer:
Earnings are not guaranteed, and depend on your own personal effort to promote and sell the digital offerings herein. You should not rely on any revenue, sales, or earnings information we present as any kind of promise, guarantee, or expectation of any level of success or earnings. Your results will be determined by a number of factors over which we have no control, such as your financial condition, experiences, skills, level of effort, education, and changes within the market.
Intellectual Property:
All content within this website is the intellectual property of Ellie Tsatsou-Palmer. You agree to give credit where credit is due, and to acknowledge your engagement as an affiliate with this project when asked. You may use our approved marketing materials, including banners, logos, and promotional content that we provide you. You agree to not modify our brand assets, meaning that you do not alter the colours, crop, text and messaging of such material. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may lead to legal action.
Promotional Guidelines:
You are encouraged to promote the presented educational products using ethical and honest methods. This includes, but is not limited to, creating content such as blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters, in line with the approach, perspective and language of the platform. You agree to not engage in any form of spam, false advertising, or misleading tactics. Any violation of this guideline may result in the termination of your affiliate account.
Communication:
It's essential to keep your contact information accurate to ensure you receive important notifications and updates regarding the affiliate program. All updates, announcements and communication are sent via email.
Termination:
We reserve the right to terminate the affiliate agreement for any violation of terms or unethical practices. This includes but is not limited to fraudulent activities, misrepresentation, or engaging in activities that harm our project, platform, and brand reputation.
Modification of Terms:
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our program or industry standards. You will be notified of any changes, and continued participation implies acceptance. It's your responsibility to regularly review the terms. By becoming an affiliate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
